Ingredients
100g avocado
50g grated parmesan
1 whole egg
Instructions
Mash the avocado in a bowl until smooth.
Add the egg and grated parmesan and mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into fry shapes — chunkier for a thick-cut style, thinner for a classic French fry vibe.
Place on a lined baking tray or air fryer basket.
Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes, or air fry until golden and crispy.
